In addition to her management responsibilities, she led the firm\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmhpc.com\/es\/immigration-law\/family-based-immigration-and-citizenship\/\">family-based immigration<\/a> practice, including handling <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmhpc.com\/es\/immigration-law\/non-immigrant-immigrant-waivers\/\">waivers<\/a> and advancing arguments that waivers were not required where the categorical approach demonstrated that the least proscribed conduct did not trigger inadmissibility.
