Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C. (MMH) is celebrating its 49th anniversary on February 18, 2024. The firm was founded in 1975 by Joseph (Joe) Minsky (1928-1992). Partners Margaret (Peggy) McCormick and James (Jim) Hallagan merged with his firm years late to further expand the firm’s reach. Since its founding in 1975, the firm has focused exclusively on U.S. immigration and nationality law, including citizenship, permanent residency, temporary work visas, asylum and other humanitarian relief, removal defense, and employer compliance. We are proud of our legacy having served thousands of immigrants over the last 49 years and look forward to continuing our work for decades more!
