Pawel Boruch joined Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C. in 2020. His practice focuses on employment-based as well as family-based immigration, including adjustment of status and consular processing, hardship waivers, naturalization, and workplace compliance matters.
Prior to joining MMHPC, Pawel practiced immigration law as a solo practitioner, and at another Chicago area law firm focusing its practice in the area of employment-based immigration. He also served as an in-house immigration attorney for one of the largest Catholic Dioceses in the United States.
Pawel received his legal education at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, as well as the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. He is an active member of the Chicago Chapter of American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2012, and a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
