Since its founding in 1975, Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C. has focused exclusively on U.S. immigration and nationality law. In the ever-changing field of immigration law, our Chicago law firm continuously helps reunite loved ones and also represents a variety of business clients from small local employers to multinational corporations. It is our mission to make the U.S. stronger one case at a time. That means treating each client with care and respect regardless of the size of a case, or whether we are representing an individual, family, small business or a Fortune 500 company. As immigration law changes rapidly in today’s high-stakes political climate, we are the professionals that clients want on their side.
Joseph Minsky, the founding partner of Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C. was one of the early champions of civil rights law. He served as a staff attorney for the Illinois Fair Employment Practices Commission and as a hearing officer for the Chicago Commission on Human Relations. He later entered what was then the emerging field of immigration law, focusing on immigration for two decades before he died in 1992.
His legacy and dedication live on at our Chicago immigration office. We focus all of our attention on immigration law and its effects on our clients. This is the dedication you need in a law firm.
