Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C. is a full-service U.S. immigration law firm, handling both employment-based and family-based matters, removal defense and asylum, naturalization, worksite compliance, and everything in between. We currently have 13 attorneys exclusively dedicated to immigration law and are seeking to hire the following to join our team:

Associate Attorney (Spanish Speaking)

We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to assist us in our family-based and removal cases. While it is not required, we prefer candidates with a demonstrable interest and/or experience working in immigration law and litigation. Spanish fluency is required. Must be licensed to practice law in the United States, but we are also open to considering those that are taking the bar exam this summer.

Legal Assistant (Employment-Based)

We are looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to assist us in our employment-based cases. While it is not required, we prefer candidates with a demonstrable interest and/or experience working in immigration law, as well as a foreign language (Polish or Spanish preferred).
