Associate Attorney
Tyler has over eight years of experience in all areas of immigration law, including employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and removal defense. He now focuses his practice on employment-based immigration. He has prepared applications for a variety of case types, including non-immigrant visas (E-2, H-1B, L-1, TN) and immigrant visas (EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and EB-3 through the PERM labor certification process). He has helped businesses from startups and small businesses to large corporations across various industries, including technology, financial services, logistics, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler worked as an Immigration Attorney at a nonprofit organization in Chicago focusing on humanitarian and asylum cases. He also clerked at several boutique business immigration firms both in the Chicago area and in Miami. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Miami Public Interest Scholar and a Legal Intern in the Immigration Clinic.
