We understand that navigating employment-based immigration issues can be daunting, and we are here to help companies and organizations explore possibilities, create solutions and answer questions. We offer free consultations to companies and organizations with questions related to any employment-based immigration matters, including, but not limited to:

  • -Hiring a foreign national employee on a work authorized visa (e.g., H-1B, TN, L-1, OPT, etc.)
  • -Sponsoring a foreign national employee for a green card (e.g., PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, etc.)
  • -Bringing in employees working for the company abroad
  • -Registering an employee in the annual H-1B lottery
  • -Government audits and site visits
  • -I-9 verification of employment procedures and audits
  • -Creating consistent immigration policies
  • -Opening new businesses in the U.S. through investment

We are happy to speak to your founders and executives, HR representatives, and managers regarding any employment-based immigration matter. Our initial consultation is always free for companies and organizations. We are also happy to provide a complimentary second opinion in instances where your entity already has existing immigration counsel.
